Not really recommend untill you have no option.
It is quiet unnecessarily crowded.
They have research centre and training institute as well.
They do provide ambulance facility.
They also have a pharmacist in the parking attached to the building.

Doctors and staff are very good , helping and well qualified. My son had a surgery here it was so quick and smooth process. I am satisfied with the overall service but issue is with color of bedsheets it's too dark and cleanliness of toilets are little unsatisfied. I hope this review would contribute to upgrade the house keeping services. Thanx Doctor rahul shewale sir for cardiologist.

As my daughter had a severe gastroenteritis at midnight i brought her in magnum hospital emergency room and immediately they started treatment, with politeness and caring ans quick response. We are very Happy with Dr. Borse sir treatment, the way he care and explains gives homely feeling and confidence. All mama maushi, nursing, doctors, consultant, canteen and management are the best. They asked about medicine taken or not, mama always helps while going to washroom cleaning is very nice, daily they change clothes, hot water for bathing, food in time. I reached the hospital late at night and was quickly admitted without any hassle. The staff and their services are top notch. Each and every detail was kept a note of. Special thanks to Dr. Shewale, Dr. Rachana and Dr. Pratik for taking care of me in the ICU. The diagnosis, treatment and the care taken by the entire team are quick and spot on. I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my wife’s recent hospitalization and insurance claim by hospital claim department. My wife, Manisha Gite, was admitted on the night of September 2nd, but due to the insurance department being closed, the approval process for our cashless medical policy was delayed until the next day. Despite this, the claim was later rejected with the vague reason “no need for hospitalization,” which is both insufficient and frustrating.
The claim department provided no proper explanation, and I had to struggle to send the file again for reconsideration. Even after uploading the discharge summary to the portal, I am doubtful whether the documents were processed correctly. The lack of communication and clarity made the situation even more stressful during an already difficult time.
On a positive note, I truly appreciate the efforts of the nurses, doctors, and housekeeping staff, who were excellent, caring, and cooperative throughout. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the claim and billing departments. After making the payment, I was not given a detailed bill; instead, I was told to come back later to collect it, which is unreasonable for any discharged patient.

Had admitted my father due to an heart attack under Dr. Manoj Chopra. I hoped that the service which my father will receive would be good but it turned out as a hellish experience. Doctor never talked with family regarding what's wrong with the patient, in 3 days... plus the icu guard would never let us meet our patient... dr. Manoj chopra only talked once.. from his cabin till the lift.. that's it... And would only talk to the patient.. who in the right mind would tell the patient about his condition without any family members around??

The only place I would ever recommend for consulting is the Magnum. The Specialized one's will never make you sound low on any of the specified issues. And would like to add Doctors are the best I've ever met. The support and guidance will not only help you overcome disease but also help you in every aspects of life.

This review is for the hospital and not doctors. Hospital should really understand the importance of time. Just for a regular follow up visit patient have to wait for more than 3 hours. Every time I have to visit the hospital it’s like I have to keep whole day . I don’t have any issues with any doctors but if any one from the hospital management is reading this review pls ensure you call the patient accordingly .
